The flag of the city of Yamaga already reported, but it's an old flag. The
new flag is also (some kind) red.

The brown flag was abolished and the new emblem and the flag were adopted on
Jan 15th 2005 by Notice No 184 and 185. The maroon new flag has a gold city
emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized kanji 山 Yama of Yamaga in a
form of Yamaga garden lantern. It represents a wish for the traditional city to
inherit the tradition to shine itself in the future as well. The flag proportion
is 2:3.
