The flag of the town of Togitsu is maroon with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Dec 1st 1951 but there is no flag law.
The maroon flag has a white town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized hiragana と To of Togitsu.
The circle symbolizes Omura Bay, the point of the triangle does
The town location closed-off section of the bay.
