The city emblem was adopted on Mar 27th 2006 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green, a blue and an orange three color city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized hiragana か Ka of Kama in a form of a man in the nature.
As a whole, it represents the human contact with the people blessed with a rich culture, a comfortable and spiritually rich life and an exponential development to the future.
