Nozomi Kariyasu, 27 November 2014
Thanks to Mr. Kariyasu here is the flag of the town of Otsuki.
Tomislav Šipek, 12 December 2014
The town emblem was adopted on Nov 3rd 1957 but there is no flag law.
The white flag has a dark green town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized kanji 大 O of Otsuki in a from of a pigeon.
The circle symbolizes a crescent lighting up the world’s night sky, the wings
flying in the sky does a prosperity and a soar and
the triangle does a peace and a solidarity.
