The flag of the town of Ochi is blue with mark.

In the centre of the town is the confluence of the Nioyodo, Sakaori and
Yanase Rivers. Until the start of the Edo period, the location was known as Mio
(三尾 三尾 - three tails) village, as the rivers looked like three tails.
The emblem shows three katakana ヲ (ヲ transcribed /wo/, but used for the particle
pronouned /o/) joined together. It shows "a town with progressive movement at
the confluence of three rivers" and is a symbol of the town's progress and
improvement.
