The town emblem was adopted in 1966 but there is no flag law.
The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized hiragana り Ri of nahaRi.
The wings symbolize an exponential development of the town,the circle does
an accord of the town people and the two vertical lines inside do River Nahari.
