The town emblem and the flag were adopted on Jan 1st 2005 by Ordinance No 2.
The white flag has a blue, a green and a yellow three color town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized U of Uchiko.
The blue color stands for Oda River, the green color for the vegetation and the yellow color
for the sun.
The flag proportion is 2: 3.
