The flag of the town of Kitajima is blue with mark. (I hope I'm right)

The town emblem was adopted on Jan 1st 1972 but there is no flag law.
The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized kanji 北 Kita of Kitajima.
The flying bird symbolizes an exponential improvement, the circle
does a solidarity and a friendship of the town people and an unlimited
development.
