The town emblem was adopted on Jan 1st 1972 by Notice No 2. but there is
no flag law.
The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is stylized hiragana か Ka and katakana ミ Mi.
It represents an image of the town people who works together, strongly
develops and makes a leap forward to the future.
