The city emblem was adopted in 1963 but there is no flag law. The white flag
has a green city emblem in the center. The city emblem depicts a bamboo = Take.
The bamboo ring symbolizes a conformity of the citizen and the bamboo leaves
extending in three directions do a peacefully rich prosperity.
