The flag of the city of Tsuyama is blue with mark.

The city emblam was adopted on Mar 4th 1932 but there is no flag law. The
blue flag has a white city emblem in the center. It is a spear insignia used by
the former Tsuyama Domain to show a briskness of Matsudaira family at Daimyo’s
alternate attendance.
