The town emblem was adopted in May 1959 but there is no flag law. The blue
flag has a white town emblem in the center and the kanji name in white at the
bottom part. The town emblem is a stylized katakana ナ Na of Nagi. The center
part symbolizes towering Mt. Nagi and an unlimited surge. The circle symbolizes a
conformity and a cooperation of the town people.
