The flag of the city of Gotsu is white with mark.

The city emblem was adopted on Oct 1st 2004 but there is no flag law. The
white flag has a blue, a red, a green three color city emblem in the center. The
city emblem is a stylized G of Gotsu. The wings symbolize an image of the city
which makes a leap forward as a major urban city in central Iwami Region = west
part of Shimane prefecture. The circle represents an image of the city which
greatly develops with full of ambition by a conformity and a solidarity of Gotsu
city and Sakurae town.
