The flag of the city of Kawanishi is white with blue or red mark.

The city emblem was adopted on Aug 1st 1954 but there is no flag law. The
white flag has a blue city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized
kanji 川西 Kawanishi. The circle symbolizes a peace and a happiness, the letter 川
does Inagawa River running thru the city.
