The flag of the city of Amagasaki is white with mark. And variant is maroon.

he city emblem was adopted on Aug 4th 1936 by Notice No 153 but there is no
flag law. The white flag has a maroon city emblem in the center. The city emblem
is a stylized katakana アマ Ama of Amagasaki and kanji 工 of 工都 = industrial
city. The two circles were added when Oda Village was merged in 1936.
