The flag of the city of Osakasayama is white with mark.

The city embelm was adopted on Oct 1st 1987 by Notice No 194 but there is no
flag law. The white flag has a red city emblem in the center. The city emblem is
a stylized hiragana さ Sa and kanji 山 Yama. The circle symbolizes a friendly
citizen. As a whole, it represents an image of the city making a leap forward to
the future.
