The city emblem was adopted on Jun 28th 1962 but there is no flag law. The
green flag has a white city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized
kanji 田 Ta. The circle symbolizes a reconciliation of the citizen and the
crossbars do the city which expands unlimitedly.
