The city emblem was adopted on Dec 6th 2004 by Notice No 1 but there is no
flag law. The white flag has a blue and a green two color city emblem in the
center. The city emblem is a form of a circle of a contact between water and
green trees. The form of a clam in the center represents a culture and a history
of the city and an image of a comfortable and a livable city developing
peacefully.
