The city emblem was adopted on Jul 7th 2005 but there is no flag law. The
white flag has a blue and a light blue two color city emblem in the center. The
two different shades of blue symbolizes water, the future, river stream and the
harmonious development of the city. The water pattern is an image that the town
building plan for an ease, a comfort and a creation is being realized.
