The city emblem was adopted on Dec 1st 1971 by Notice No 1 and the flag was
adopted on Dec 5th 1991 by Instruction No 6. The green flag has a white city
emblem in the center. The city emblem is two curbs in a form of fan which
symbolizes the city’s limitless progress. The flag proportion is 7:10.
