The village emblem was adopted on May 29th 1964 but there is no flag law. The
blue flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a
stylized hiragana の No of Nozawaonsen. The circle stands for a solidarity and a
peace, the center sharp edge for a development and an image of the village
flying for the future.
