The flag of the town of Takahama is blue with mark.

The town emblem was adopted in 1964 but there is no flag law. The blue flag
has white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a combination of
stylized Chinese character Taka 高 and Katakana Hama ハマ. The inner ring
symbolizes Meikyodo sea cave and upper triangle represents permanent hope and
advance of the town.
