The flag of the city of Obama is white with mark, maroon (I think newer), or
blue.

The city emblem was adopted on Sep 1st 1951 by Notice No 31. There is no flag
law. The white flag has wine red city emblem in the center. The city emblem is
stylized Chinese character O 小 of Obama in a shape of flapping bird’s wings.
It represents city is soaring to future.
