The town emblem was adopted on Apr 1st 1970 by Notice No 30 but there is no
flag law. The green flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem
is a stylized hiragana つなん Tsunan. It represents a reconciliation, a solidarity,
a peace and an unlimited development of the town.
