The town emblem was adopted on Apr 1st 2005 by Notice No 1 but there is no
flag law. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The emblem
depicts Agano River and a rich green nature. It represents an image of the city
which supports a shining town and a bright culture.

The flag of the former village of Kamikawa was maroon with mark. The village
is now, from 2005, part of the town of Aga.
