White coat of arms on dull purple field.
Stylized Kanji character SE in a disc.
The disc represents peace and the extending letter SE 世 in three directions
represents people's cooperation and Setagaya's progress. Coat of arms adopted 31 March 1990.
Flag unlegislated.

For Setagaya ward I found two variants of purple.

Setagaya ward says both purple are within allowance. No blue color for them.
