Chofu City says they use a purple flag but a bluish purple (not blue) like Akishima
variant is acceptable. Normally when they purchase a new flag they hold a tender
and choose the best flag manufacturere time to time. As a result they can not
purchase from a single maker. So there will be variatio of the flag color.
Particularly the purple color is very delicate and has a wide range acceptable
to Japanese people.

Thanks to Mr. Kariyasu, here is correction of flags.
