No flag legislation but they use following flag: flag proportion: 2:3;

The flag of the former town of Hikari was red-purple with mark. The town is
now, from 2006 part of the town of Yokoshibahikari.

The kanji character for “light” (光) has been stylized and placed atop a dove with outstretched wings to symbolize the four merged villages, while the circle represents unity.
