The town embelm was adopted on Nov 1st 1970 but there is no flag law. The
white flag has a red town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized
hiragana い I and katakana ナ Na in a form of flower petals. It represents an
image of the town people who stands together ,takes each other hands and makes a
ring to build a beautiful area like a flower.
