The city emblem was adopted on Mar 17th 1951 by Ordinance No 1 but there is
no flag law. The blue flag has a white city emblem in the center. The city
emblem is a stylized katakana ユーキ Yuki. The circle symbolizes a fluidity of the
city administration and a conformity of the citizen, the tip of the blade
outward does an improvement of the citizen and an exponential development to the
outside world.
