The adoption date of the town emblem is unknown.
There is no flag law.
The green flag has a white town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is three katakana ト To of Tomioka.
The circle stands for a peace and an unlimitedly increasing energy.
It represents a cooperation and a reconciliation.
