The town emblem was adopted on Jan 20th 1969 but there is no flag law.
The white flag has a green town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized katakana カ Ka of Kagamiishi.
The center circle symbolizes a stone(ishi).
It is an image of Kagami pond.
