The flag of the town of Hanawa is blue with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Nov 13th 1968 by Notice No 39
and the flag was adopted on Sep 25th 1974 by Notice No 36.
The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is stylized hiragana はなわ Hanawa.
The smaller circle symbolizes the future of the young and the larger
circle does a reconciliation and a development.
The flag prorotion is 2: 3.
The length (not height) of the emblem is 30/75 of the length of the flag.
