The city emblem was adopted on Jan 10th 1969 by the Notice No 1. but no flag
law.
The white flag charged with the green city emblem in the center. The flag
proportion 2 : 3
The city emblem is a stylized kanji 多TA which symbolizes the development of a
dynamic city ,the harmony of the city, and peace by the slanted line beauty
parallel to the circle.
