The city emblem was adopted on Apr 1st 1942 by the Notice No 38. but no flag
law.
The blue flag charged with the white city emblem in the center.
The flag proportion 2:3.
The emblem is composed of the sun and the Black Current which represent
developing harbor city.

The flag of the city of Shigama is already reported, but I found lighter blue
color.
