The town emblem was adopted on Apr 5th 2006 but no flag law.
The white flag charged with the green, blue and orange emblem in the center. The flag proportion 2 : 3.
The town emblem is stylized kanji 南三 MINAMISAN. It represents the bird which flaps the wings to the future sky, the nature of the beautiful mountain villages and the new wave which creates the future. The orange circle in the center symbolizes the sun which lights up the future and the town people's passion to the new town.
