The town emblem was adopted on Sep 1st 2003 by the Notice No 35 but no flag law.
The green flag charged with the white town emblem in the center. The flag proportion 2 : 3.
The town emblem is composed of stylized hiragana か KA and katakana ミ MI. It represents the figure of the life culture town Kami which is making a rapid progress with town people¡Çs cooperation based on rich beautiful nature.
