The town emblem was adopted on Mar 10th 1975 by the Notice No 8 but no flag
law.
The white flag charged with green town emblem in the center. The flag proportion
2: 3
The town emblem is stylized katakana リフ RIFU which represents a bud and the
progress of the town to the future.
