The village emblem was adopted on Aug 18th 1959
but there is no flag law.
The purple flag has a white village emblem in the center.
The village emblem is a stylized kanji 田 I of Inakadate
in a form of a rice stalk.
The circle symbolizes a happiness and an unification.
The upper part depicts a castle telling the village history.
