"Drappo azzurro rettangolare del rapporto di 5/8, bordato e
frangiato d’oro, terminante al ventame con tre bandoni, il
centrale più lungo, e al bilico in tre merli guelfi; caricato al
centro dello stemma comunale, sormontato da corona di comune e
recante in capo la denominazione di Comune di Storo in tutte
lettere maiuscole; contornato a sinistra da un ramo d’alloro
fogliato al naturale fruttifero di rosso e a destra da un ramo di
quercia fogliato e ghiandifero al naturale, decussati sotto la
punta dello scudo e annodati da un nastro rosso.
Il drappo è riccamente ornato con filamenti d’oro.
Il bilico è unito all’asta ornata da spirale d’oro,
con cordone d’oro e analoghe nappe."
