"Il gonfalone ha forma di bandiera con drappo rettangolare
bianco, incalzato d’azzurro del rapporto di 5/8 appeso ad un
bilico, terminante in fondo a coda di rondine aperta, bordato e
frangiato d’oro, caricato al centro dello stemma comunale,
completo dei suoi ornamenti, sovrastato dalla scritta in oro,
disposta ad arco "Comune di Isera". Il tutto sostenuto
da un nastro a spirale, cui il bilico sarà appeso mediante
cordone terminante a nappe, il tutto d’oro."
