Art. 7 Stemma e Gonfalone
1. Il Comune negli atti e nel sigillo si identifica con il
nome di ”Bergantino”
2. Le insegne del Comune sono costituite dallo Stemma Araldico e
dal Gonfalone.
3. Lo stemma riconosciuto con D.P.C.M. 10.02.1955 raffigura il
Brigantino pericolante sul mare fluttuoso d’argento. Il
Gonfalone, riconosciuto con D.P.C.M. 26.06.1955, ha la seguente
foggia: “ Ornamento esteriore da cornice. Drappo di colore
azzurro con richiami di argento e con l’iscrizione centrale
in argento: Comune di Bergantino”.
4. Nelle cerimonie ufficiali ed in altre pubbliche ricorrenze di
particolare rilevanza, accompagnate dal Sindaco o da un Suo
delegato è consentito esibire il Gonfalone Comunale.
Bergantino is a comune in Rovigo province, Veneto.
