"Art. 5 - STEMMA E GONFALONE
1) Lo stemma del Comune ha la seguente blasonatura: troncato, nel
1° di azzurro, nel 2° di rosso, caricato di un leone d'oro
rampante e lo stemma cimato da una corona ducale.
2) Il Gonfalone consiste in un drappo di seta bianca al centro
del quale è collocato lo stemma del Comune contornato da rametti
d'alloro e quercia incrociati alla base. Il Gonfalone porta la
scritta Comune di Guastalla.
3) L'uso e la riproduzione dello Stemma e Gonfalone sono
disciplinati dal Regolamento."
