Lo stemma, la bandiera ed il gonfalone
1. Il Comune di Seregno ha diritto di fregiarsi del suo
stemma, della sua bandiera e del suo gonfalone.
2. Lo stemma è araldicamente così definito:
d’azzurro, alla banda d’argento caricato di tre stelle
di otto raggi d’oro; ornamenti esteriori da Città.
3. La bandiera del Comune di Seregno è azzurra con
una banda d’argento caricata di tre stelle di otto raggi
d’oro.
4. All’esterno della sede del Comune sono sempre
esposte, rispettivamente partendo da destra, le bandiere
dell’Unione europea, dello Stato italiano e del Comune di
Seregno.
5. In occasione delle cerimonie ufficiali, il Comune
di Seregno fa uso del proprio gonfalone secondo le disposizioni
vigenti.
6. Il gonfalone cittadino è posto nell’aula nella quale
si riunisce il Consiglio Comunale; esso è affiancato dalle
bandiere dell’Unione europea, della Repubblica italiana e
del Comune di Seregno."

The flag of Seregno is blue (azure) with a white (silver)
stripe charged with 3 yellow (gold) eight pointed stars. Judging
for the Coat of Arms available at <www.seregno.info>,
the flag should more or less look like the above.

I've looked at the website, the problem is that the italian
text was not so correct. But the Municipality flag has to be used
with its coat of arms, so in my honest opinion I think that the
image is not so correct, you need to add the silver crown and the
crown below that is half of "alloro" (in english should
be "Bay" also used in olympic games as crown for
winners a greek and roman tradition) and half of
"quercia" (in english should be "Oak") like
many italian municipalities.
