Lo stemma - Il gonfalone

Il Comune di Manfredonia adotta lo stemma tradizionale con l'abbreviazione S.P.Q.S.(Senatus Populusque Sipontinus), sormontato da corona, raffigurante il Vescovo S. Lorenzo Maiorano, incedente su cavallo bianco, nell'atto di attraversare un ponte sotto cui emerge un drago, come approvato con D.P.R. in data 8.5.1996.

Il gonfalone cittadino è di colore azzurro e riporta nel centro la scritta Città di Manfredonia e lo stemma comunale.

I colori del Comune di Manfredonia sono il bianco e il celeste.
