I am afraid "Castel Sant' Angelo", if anything, is a
district or similar entity within the Comune of Rome
("Comune Roma"). No "Comune Castel Sant'
Angelo" exists (at least in the Latium Region), as you can
see at: <www.operereti.regione.lazio.it>.
Not strange, as Castel Sant' Angelo building is only a couple of
miles from central Rome whereas the comune has 527 square
miles...
