Stemma – Gonfalone – fascia tricolore e
distintivo del Sindaco
1. Lo Stemma, come segno distintivo, è quello approvato con
delibera podestarile n.50 del 30.7.1932. Il bozzetto dello stemma
viene allegato al presente statuto per farne parte integrante e
sostanziale sub lettera a).
2. Il Gonfalone, approvato con Decreto del Re D'Italia Vittorio
Emanuele III in data 23/08/1933, è un drappo rettangolare di
colore azzurro, il cui bozzetto viene allegato al presente
statuto sotto la lettera b) ed è custodito nell'Ufficio del
Sindaco.
3. Nelle cerimonie ufficiali il gonfalone con lo stemma è
accompagnato dal Sindaco che indossa la fascia tricolore ed è
scortato dai vigili urbani in alta uniforme.
4. Sono vietati l’uso e la riproduzione dello stemma e del
gonfalone per fini diversi da quelli istituzionali, salvo
espressa autorizzazione della Giunta comunale."
