"ART. 4 Stemma e gonfalone
1. il comune negli atti e nel sigillo si identifica con il nome
di Aielli;
2. lo stemma del comune è come descritto dal decreto del
consiglio dei ministri SG 8924 del 1/12/1993;
3. nelle cerimonie e nelle altre pubbliche ricorrenze, e ogni
qual volta sia necessario rendere ufficiale la partecipazione
dell'ente a una particolare iniziativa, il sindaco può disporre
che venga esibito il gonfalone con lo stemma del
comune:
4. la giunta può autorizzare l'uso e la riproduzione dello
stemma del comune per fini non istituzionali soltanto ove
sussista un pubblico interesse."
[ART. 4 Coat of arms and banner
1. the municipality in the deeds and in the seal is identified with the name of Aielli;
2. the coat of arms of the municipality is as described by the decree of the council of ministers SG 8924 of 1/12/1993;
3. in ceremonies and other public occasions, and whenever it is necessary to make the organisation's participation in a particular initiative official, the mayor may order that the banner with the coat of arms of the municipality be displayed:
4. the council can authorize the use and reproduction of the municipality's coat of arms for non-institutional purposes only where there is a public interest.]
