The International Investment Bank (IIB) is a multilateral development institution created in 1970 under the auspices of COMECON. Initially composed of all members of the Warsaw Pact, it was gradually reduced after the withdrawal of Poland in 2000 and then of Czechia, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania following the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. In 2023, Hungary having announced that it was withdrawing due to the consequences of the Western sanctions, the headquarters, which were in Budapest from 2019 to 2023, are returning to Moscow.
Its activities "aims to facilitate connectivity and integration between the economies of the Bank's Member States in order to ensure sustainable and inclusive growth and the competitiveness of national economies, supported by existing historical links." [Source]
The flag appears as 1:2 or 1:1 with the elements center justified, while they are left justified on the logo. Flags can either be in English or in Russian.
