Information about flag of Community of Sahelo-Saharan States (Communauté des Etats Sahélo-Sahariens) (CEN-SAD), established 4 Feb 1998, can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community_of_Sahel-Saharan_States. The community website clearly shows the organization's flag at the top of the banner in the French and English versions of the website. It is purple over dark yellow over green with black 5 pointed stars.
